Purpose: The pre-filters are designed to catch coarse dust and debris before it reaches the main air filter, especially useful off-road in dusty environments. According to Uniflow, they remove about 90% of the dust before the main filter.
Design / Fitment:
• They drop into the original intake snorkels, folding over the end.
• Supplied with cable ties to secure them in place.
Usage / Restrictions:
• Pre-filters are intended for off-road/dusty conditions. They are not recommended for general road use (because they can restrict airflow).
• Supplied pre-oiled, ready for installation.
