The Phase Change Material reacts to temperature differences by changing its physical condition at a certain temperature from fluid to solid and back again.
The Phase Change Material has been tuned to a certain temperature range, so if the body or ambient temperature increases, microcapsules store the excess heat, and once the temperature drops again, they release the previously stored heat.
