Sealing / Ring Type: Uses a patented Z-Ring (“Z44” seal) design. The Z-Ring has a conical inner shape and flexes under assembly, creating a spring effect that helps maintain seal integrity over time.
Materials & Construction: Plates & pins made of high alloy steel, shot-peened for durability. Solid bushings and rollers; pre-stretched chain to reduce initial elongation. Colour finish is often gold/black plating for aesthetic and wear resistance.
Included Components: Usually comes with a rivet-type connecting (master) link for assembly (Type 19 style)
